1. Acceptance

MyCollegePost.com occasionally has contests/offerings. This document is the official terms of our contests/prizes which may update from time to time in our sole discretion. MyCollegePost.com will provide notice of significant changes to this document by posting notice on the MyCollegePost.com announcement board. By continuing use of MyCollegePost.com after any changes are posted, the user acknowledges acceptance of those changes. You can review the most current version of this document at: http://www.mycollegepost.com/contests_agree.php.

By using MyCollegePost.com in any way, you agree to comply with the terms defined in this document. In the event that you object to any statement in this document, or any subsequent modifications thereto, or, in the event that you become dissatisfied with MyCollegePost.com for any reason whatsoever, then your only recourse is to cease and desist from utilizing MyCollegePost.com immediately.

2. General

All prizes/contest offerings are offered AS IS with no warranty or liability. Prizes/contest offerings cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash value, or postponed in any fashion.

Notification to the winner of all contests/prizes is sent via E-Mail. If the winner never responds [15 days] to MyCollegePost.com, or the E-Mail address we have on file is invalid, the contest/prize is completely forfeited and considered null and void to everyone.

Sometimes contests/prize offerings are only offered at a certain campus in which case MyCollegePost.com will require proof of your student status at that campus via a valid Identification Card. If the winner cannot furnish such an Identification Card [15 days], the winner forfeits the contest/prize and the entire offering is considered null and void to everyone.

There are rare certain circumstances where the prize or offering may have to be canceled completely or substituted by MyCollegePost.com. If this happen the winner will be notified and MyCollegePost.com will attempt to compensate the winner in a different fashion or with a different prize/offering.

MyCollegePost.com reserves the right to request the winner's real name and contact information [address/telephone]. If the winner fails to provide MyCollegePost.com with such information [15 days], the winner forfeits the contest/prize and the entire offering is once again considered null and void. MyCollegePost.com also reserves the right to display winners on the web-site via their name. MyCollegePost.com will never post and/or share winners personal information.

3. Submission Of Information/Material

The following will constitute your agreement made as of the date that you submit any material, if so required, to MyCollegePost.com relating to a contest (collectively the “Material”).

1. In consideration of (a) considering your submission for its contest, and (b) for other good and valuable consideration given by MyCollegePost.com to you, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, you hereby expressly agree, consent, and grant to MyCollegePost.com and MyCollegePost.com hereby acquires, all right, title and interest into the Material, and may exploit your Material in any way whatsoever in its sole discretion.

2. You agree that, as between you and MyCollegePost.com, MyCollegePost.com shall be the exclusive owner of all rights in and to the Material, in perpetuity, throughout the world, and of all the rights of any kind comprised in the copyright thereof and any renewal or extension rights in connection therewith, and of any and all other rights thereto, and that MyCollegePost.com shall have the right to exploit any or all of the foregoing in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, in all configurations as MyCollegePost.com shall determine.

Your submission of Material shall be deemed your acknowledgement and agreement to these terms and conditions.

4. Conclusion

This Agreement and all matters or issues material thereto shall be governed by the laws of the State of California applicable to contracts performed entirely therein. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties hereto relating to the subject herein contained, and it can only be changed by the written agreement of both parties.
